Kendrick Williams is a Christian Health Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She is passionate about helping others live their most prosperous lives physically, mentally, and spiritually with God as the foundation. Having walked through her own health challenges, including Atrial Fibrillation, digestive dysfunction, and back pain, Kendrick understands the transformative power of faith, resilience, and hope. Her approach combines God’s word with science, while emphasizing that our bodies and minds are meant to work in harmony for optimal health and wellness. Kendrick believes the way we live, what we consume, and the thoughts we allow to take root directly influence how we show up in the world. Kendrick lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and loves spending quality time with her husband, three kids, and friends! Remember, no matter what you may be facing in your life, there is always HOPE!
