Liz Sheets is a passionate CHP, CellCore Practitioner and LPN with a deep commitment to health and nutrition.
Her journey into healthcare was profoundly shaped by her personal life-when her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as age 6. Liz felt a strong calling to pursue a career in nursing so she could better understand, support and serve others facing health challenges.
Liz has been a nurse for over 13 years specializing in oncology and wound care while integrating her faith into her professional mission. Her approach to health is rooted in treating the body, mind and soul as a temple of the Holy spirit, believing that true healing is holistic and God centered.
Her mission is to support, educate and guide others on their health and nutrition journey, empowering them to live healthier, purpose filled lives through faith nutrition, and intentional living.
She says "My hope is to help people live their best life and inspire them to do it for God-through God, faith, and nutrition."
Liz loves Jesus, her husband, her two children and her husky. You can find them spending lots of time together in Enumclaw or Lake Tapps with extended family and friends.
