Shiela Bassett, CHP first became passionate about more holistic practices and a healthier way of life when her oldest daughter suffered from many respiratory illnesses as a young child. After going through many doctors trying to add more medications only making the situation worse, she decided there had to be a better way and began cleaning up the families lifestyle and home. Over the years of watching her mother, ultimately, succumb to a long battle of uncontrolled diabetes and heart disease she has sought to learn more about our bodies and how God so perfectly created us to live, eat, and heal. She is thrilled to continue learning and to join you on your journey toward greater health! While her greatest love is Jesus, you will find her soaking up every moment she can with her husband and 3 beautiful daughters. Her other favorite pastimes are enjoying her kids sports, opening up her home to family and friends, doing all things summer, TRAVELING, and splurging her sweet tooth on ice cream!
