Things I Use Every Day (Holiday Gift Ideas 2026)

Every year I put together a holiday gift guide, but I almost didn't do one this year.

Honestly, I've been craving LESS consumption. Less buying, less accumulating, and more intentionality about what I bring into my home.

But then I realized… The best recommendations I can give you aren't necessarily NEW things. They're the things I actually use and love, day after day, year after year.

So that's the theme of this year's gift guide! My tried-and-true favorites. Some are big investments, others are under $10, but they've all earned their place in my daily or weekly routine.

I'm keeping the descriptions short and sweet here, but if you want to hear more about why I love these products, how I use them, and some funny stories along the way, be sure to listen to my podcast episode, Things I Use Every Day (Holiday Gift Ideas).

And one quick note about the links! Some are affiliate links and some aren't, but I always appreciate when you shop through the links and discount codes I share. It lets companies know I sent you, helps me maintain special discounts for you, and sometimes earns me a small commission or products to try at no additional cost to you. I try a LOT more products than I ever recommend, so your support really does help me continue finding and sharing the things I think are worth it!

Whether you're shopping for yourself or someone you love, I hope these ideas help you find something that's genuinely useful, enjoyable, and worth the investment.

Happy gifting, my friend!

MY DAILY FAVORITES

Stainless Steel Coffee Percolator

We switched to an old-school percolator this year to reduce the amount of plastic our hot coffee comes into contact with. It makes plenty of hot coffee for me and my husband, doesn't take up much counter space, and has a reusable metal filter. Simple, practical, and we love it!

Axiom Molecular Hydrogen Machine

One of my bigger health investments, but one I've used consistently. I love that this machine offers several ways to use molecular hydrogen, including hydrogen-rich drinking water and inhalation. I typically use the inhalation feature for 30 minutes during my morning Bible and devotional time.  Molecular hydrogen has good research behind its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, particularly its role in helping regulate oxidative stress (the “rusting” of our cells). And, because it’s such a small molecule, it gets into the tissue efficiently and can also cross the blood brain barrier.  I use it proactively as part of my overall health and longevity routine.

DefenderShield Laptop Pad

I spend a LOT of time on my laptop, so I use this laptop-sized pad that goes underneath your computer and is designed to reduce EMF exposure and provide a layer of heat protection. You do NOT want your computer sitting directly on your body.  I bought one for my college son, too!

Vibration Plate (AKA The Shaker!)

This was on my very FIRST gift guide back in 2018! This is such a fantastic, no-brainer way to add more movement to your daily routine. It’s good for bone density, lymphatic flow, increased circulation and boosting metabolism. One client lost inches off her belly JUST by adding this into her daily routine.  I love that I can hop on while checking things on my phone instead of just sitting on the couch. Also great to have in your office to get some movement during your day!

Rowe Casa Lymphatic Cream

This is my #1 favorite product from Rowe Casa and I use it every night on my belly. People report using this cream successfully for allergies, sinus infections, sore throat, reducing puffiness, headaches, better sleep, reducing lymph node swelling, cellulite and tinnitus.

Counter Dew Skin

A favorite for over 10 years! I use this tinted moisturizer with SPF for sheer coverage either on its own or under makeup.

Grounding Bed Sheet

I sleep on this every night. Although pricey, I particularly like Dr. Konivers products because they’re handmade with eco-friendly, non-plastic fibers, so you're not sleeping on polyester, vinyl, or other plasticky materials. And she uses stainless steel for the conductive material instead of silver, which holds up better with repeated washing. I have the fitted bed sheet and the mini grounding mat and have tested both with my meter to make sure they’re grounding me.

EMF Radiation Free Air Tube Earphones

These air tube earphones have become my daily alternative to Air Pods. They use hollow tubes to carry sound rather than placing Bluetooth electronics directly in your ears which is not good for your ears or your brain!

VivaRays Blue Light Blocking Glasses

I love the three-in-one set with yellow lenses and magnetic amber and red clip-ons. I use these along with screen filters and incandescent lighting to be more intentional about my artificial light exposure, especially in the evening.

PACT Organic Cotton Underwear

My favorite everyday underwear! I love PACT's Organic Lace Band Briefs. Comfortable, practical, and made with organic cotton. I'm increasingly choosing natural fibers for clothing I wear closest to my skin or for long period of time.

PACT Organic Cotton Leggings

Another favorite from PACT. I love these for comfortable, everyday wear as I continue replacing some of my synthetic clothing with natural-fiber options.

Supplement Organizer

One of the least expensive things on this list and one of the handiest! For under $10, this little travel-friendly organizer keeps my supplements sorted and eliminates a bunch of bottles from my kitchen counter. I have one for each member of my family!

MY WEEKLY FAVORITES

EMR-TEK Eterno Light Therapy Mask

I use this several times a week and love that it offers three different light options: red, green, and amber/yellow. Each is designed for different skincare goals, from supporting radiance to improving the appearance of uneven tone. Another bonus that sets it apart from other light masks: it sits slightly off your face so there’s no plastic material sitting directly on your skin.

🔴 Red Light – 610 nm & 630 nm
• 610 nm: Supports smoother, refined skin appearance.
• 630 nm: Enhances overall tone and visible radiance.

🟢 Green Light – 520 nm
• Helps balance uneven tone and calm visible redness.

🟠🟡 Amber / Yellow Light – 580 nm & 590 nm
• Promotes a bright, healthy-looking complexion.
• Supports comfort for sensitive skin and even tone.

EMR-TEK Light-Specific Sheet Masks

These are a fun addition to my light mask therapy routine! They're Korean-style sheet masks formulated with light specific ingredients selected to enhance the Eterno mask's different light settings. You coordinate the sheet mask to the light color you are going to use (red, green, yellow) and use it BEFORE you use the light mask. Studies show that phototherapy combined with topical antioxidants get better results.  I have all three versions and love pairing them with my light sessions.

Rowe Casa Face Depuffing Oil

After many Rowe Casa fans reported slimming effects by using the lymphatic cream on their face, Rowe Casa made a more face-friendly oil version. I use this several times a week with my gua sha tool, working along my jawline, cheekbones, and around my eyes. It's become one of my favorite little skincare rituals.

EMR-TEK Krypton 606 Light Panel

I love this light panel because in addition to red and infrared light, it also has UVA and UVB light for more full-spectrum light exposure and options!

Bon Charge Mini Red Light Box

This little portable red and near-infrared light is SO handy! You can use it directly on the skin - we have used it for sports injuries, tummy aches, back pain, thyroid support and more. I have even used it discreetly under my shirt while on an airplane!
You can also set it on your desk to get good light exposure while you’re working!

WonderMill Grain Mill

I make freshly milled flour bread every single week, and my WonderMill makes grinding wheat berries incredibly easy. Fresh flour in less than a minute! One of my most-used kitchen appliances. (the Wondermill sells out often…if you find one available I wouldn’t wait!)

Cuisinart Compact Bread Maker

I recently replaced my old bread maker with this compact Cuisinart, and it's working great. Helps shortcut the breadmaking process.  I use the dough cycle to mix and knead my freshly milled bread dough, then divide it into two loaf pans and bake it in the oven. Easy homemade bread without all the hands-on work!

Instant Pot

One of the hardest-working appliances in my kitchen! I use it for so many things - cooking meat, potatoes, soups, bone broth, and more.  It's coming out of my cabinet at least three times a week, if not more, for some part of the cooking process. Such a versatile kitchen tool.

Air Fryer

My air fryer gets so much use that it doesn't even get put away anymore! It lives on the counter. If you're buying a new one, I'd consider an option with glass or other suitable low-plastic food-contact materials.

Ninja Creami

Did we NEED another kitchen gadget? No. Does my family love having homemade ice cream? YES! The Ninja Creami makes it easy to create ice cream with quality milk, cream, and sweeteners of your choice. A fun gift for ice cream lovers!

BONUS GIFT IDEA: AN EXPERIENCE!

House of Colour Personal Color Analysis

One of the most fun things I did this year! I had an in-person color analysis to discover which shades and undertones look best on me. Turns out I'm a WINTER!

The session included a personalized color guide that I can take shopping, and it's already helped me become more intentional about what I buy.

This would make such a fun gift for a daughter, sister, mom, or friend. You could even make a mother-daughter day out of it!

A FINAL THOUGHT

This year's gift guide isn't about encouraging you to buy MORE.

It's about choosing WELL.

Some of these products have been part of my life for years. Others are newer discoveries that have already earned their place in my routine. And some of my favorites cost less than ten dollars!

My hope is that this list inspires you to be thoughtful about what you purchase, what you give, and what you bring into your home.

Quality over quantity. Tried and true over latest and greatest.

And if you want to hear more about WHY I love these things, listen to my podcast episode, Things I Use Every Day (Holiday Gift Ideas).

Merry Christmas, my friend!
