It’s here, it’s here! The season of love and giving and wonderful expectation of the birth of our Lord. I enjoy sharing some of my most favorite things to give and to receive. I hope it gives you some ideas for the gift-buying season!

This year, some clear themes emerged as I was looking over the list and checking it twice.  So, I grouped them together that way for easy reference and because I LOVE THEMES! (You’ll notice that some ideas fall under several themes).

If you want to hear ALL the details about these gift ideas - what I like about them and how I use them - tune into this podcast. Also, make sure you’re on my Sunday Sendout list to stay up to date on the best sales!

#1. Organic Cotton Sleepwear (and clothes!) - You spend ⅓ of your life sleeping and sleeping is when you do most of your detoxing. What you sleep IN and ON matters! Upgrading your jammies is a great step in the right direction.
Also consider upgrading your sheets. Check out THIS BLOGPOST for upgraded options.

#2. Organic Wool Slippers - Love these cozy slippers made of organic wool and soft leather sole. They’re not a “grounding shoe” but natural fibers are more conducive to grounding.

#3. Easy Plant - Plants not only add life to a space, they’re calming, pretty to look at and they’re good for you. They act as a natural air purifier, oxygenating the air and helping to remove toxins. Easy Plant comes with a little water reservoir that you fill once a month to take the guesswork out of it - for people like me who tend to overwater or underwater!

#4. Candles  - Most candles are made with paraffin which is petroleum based and releases carcinogens like benzene and toluene into the air. Don’t make your air toxic! These are some upgraded options to help keep things burning clean in your indoor spaces.

#5. Calming Herbal Tea - Is there anything more cozy than being curled up in your new organic p.j.’s and wool slippers with a cup of calming herbal tea? Enjoy a cup any time you feel stressed or in the early evening to wind down for bed.

#2. Vibration Plate (aka:The Shaker) This is such a fantastic, no-brainer way to add more movement to your daily routine. It’s good for bone density, lymphatic flow, increased circulation and boosting metabolism. One client lost inches off her belly JUST by adding this into her daily routine.

#3. Rowe Casa Lymphatic Cream: This is my #1 favorite product from Rowe Casa and I use it every single day. People report using this cream successfully for allergies, sinus infections, sore throat, reducing puffiness, headaches, better sleep, reducing lymph node swelling, cellulite and tinnitus.

#4. Dead Sea Mineral Bath Salts: Upgrade your bath with a scoop of these mineral bath salts from the Dead Sea in Israel. Supports detox, mineral absorption and relaxation.

#1. EMR Tek Eterno Light Mask: (use code TCN to get best discount) This mask is different than others because it has 3 different light settings:

🔴 Red Light – 610 nm & 630 nm
• 610 nm: Supports smoother, refined skin appearance.
• 630 nm: Enhances overall tone and visible radiance.

🟢 Green Light – 520 nm
• Helps balance uneven tone and calm visible redness.

🟠🟡 Amber / Yellow Light – 580 nm & 590 nm
• Promotes a bright, healthy-looking complexion.
• Supports comfort for sensitive skin and even tone.

It also sits off of your face a bit so it’s not touching your face like some others that have plasticy material up against your skin. I LOVE it. And they are having a great sale on it - normally $699 and you can get it as low as $180 this holiday season. (use code TCN)

#2. Rowe Casa Lymphatic Depuffing Face Oil and Gua Sha Tool: The Depuffing Oil is the “lymphatic cream for the face.” I use it with the gua sha tool 3-4 nights a week to reduce inflammation, tone and stimulate lymphatic drainage.

#8. Counter Lip Jellies - This former Beautycounter holiday favorite is now part of the new company’s holiday collection. Like a clean-version of Lip Smackers!

#9. Bath Bombs (set of 6) - Your skin is a large absorptive organ. What you soak in, you soak IN. This clean collection of bath bombs is an upgraded option for your body and health.

#1. Air Doctor Air Purifier - I’m often asked for an air purifier recommendation. That is the one I sent with my son for his college dorm room!

#2. Cutting Board - Plastic cutting boards aren’t good for your food or your body. As you upgrade your kitchen tools, consider getting cleaner cutting boards.

#3. Wool Dryer Balls  - These cute dryer balls are a clean upgrade for your laundry room and your health. Dryer sheets are full of chemicals - then you add heat and it imparts it all over your clothes that you wear all day next to your body. No bueno. You can add your favorite natural fragrance to the wool balls with an essential oil spray.

#4. Organic Cotton or Linen Sheets - You spend ⅓ of your life sleeping and sleeping is when you do most of your detoxing. What you sleep IN and ON matters! Upgrading your sheets is a great step in the right direction. Check out THIS BLOGPOST for upgraded options.

#1. EMR-Tek light panel: (use discount code: TCN): This company has great light panels - including one with red / infrared but also UVA and UVB. I am loving it having the option to use them separately or all together (which better mimics how it would be in nature).

#2. Bon Charge Mini Red Light: I LOVE this little red/infrared light box. Portable and easy to use. You can use it in any space - on your desk, nightstand, I’ve even used it on airplanes! A nice feature is that it can be used directly on the skin which is good for sore muscles, sprains and other injuries (great for student athletes!).

#3. Blue Light Blockers:

#4. Grounding Shoes  - Grounding shoes are a way to ground when you can’t go barefoot!
You still have to be on a conductive surface such as soil, grass, or concrete (you can’t walk around your house in these and be grounded) but they come in super handy especially in the winter time.

Grounding Mat: I have a mini grounding pat and fitted grounding bed sheet. I also have the Pure Cord which is the cord that clips onto the grounding mat/sheet and then plugs into the grounding hole in your outlet, but this cord filters out dirty electricity and has an EMF shielding wrap. I love the quality of this whole set up.

Alright my friend I hope this helps make your  list - whether it’s to give or receive. Be sure to check out my past gift guides for even more ideas!
