One of the first people who caught my attention doing the Carnivore diet was Kelly Hogan. It helped rid her of the same skin condition ( #hidradenitissuppurativa ) that I suffered with for over 20 years. Carnivore also helped Kelly lose over 100 pounds and gain back her fertility.
In this week’s episode, I’m quizzing Kelly about what she eats (and how that has evolved over the years), her macros, her hormones and how she makes carnivore work with her family.
