Hello! I am Nicole Bergeland, a homeschooling mom passionate about cooking, visiting cute coffee shops and all things health. Moving from Minnesota to Colorado in 2008 opened my eyes to the big world of natural health and wellness but I quickly found it to be confusing and hard to navigate.
