Kristin Ziegler is an inquisitive woman who has a passion for reading and learning about the human body, health and nutrition. This led her get her Associates in Applied Science and became a Certified Medical Assistant. She worked in the medical field for over 13 years in Family Medicine and Gynecology. After reading and seeing the importance of nutrition in her own health and family she decided to go back to school. Becoming a CHP helped solidify the foundation of how God's design for the body and creation work together. By understanding these principles we can use that as a blueprint in a world with continual conflicting health advice.
