I'm Crystal Banks and I’m here to walk alongside you on your health journey. When my health became complicated and confusing ranging from autoimmune symptoms, hormone imbalance, and nervous system dysregulation, I quickly became overwhelmed with options of protocols, supplements, and expensive treatments. Where do I even start?
The Lord drew me close and gently whispered, “Let’s simplify this”.
This was the beginning of a beautiful story of healing within my spirit, soul, and body. The last decade has been spent learning all about God’s design for health and wellness. Now, as a CHP, I love using what I’ve learned to help others reach their health goals with the grace that He gives me.
Healing doesn’t have to be scary, complicated, or expensive! Our bodies are designed by God to heal when given the proper conditions, and He’s given us all that we need.
