Stacey Cirillo became an Herbalist and CHP after years of navigating her own health challenges. Her herbal background along with nutrition have, and continue to, support her health journey from past digestive issues, hormone imbalances and nutrient deficiencies. She enjoys educating people on the benefits of herbs and explaining that herbal support is not one size fits all, but unique to the individual. After years of herbal training, Stacey knew she needed proper training in Nutrition, allowing herbal medicine to work much more effectively in an individual. Herbs, with a healthy diet and lifestyle can have a profound healing effect on the body as a whole. Stacey is devoted to sharing what she has learned and experienced with her clients. Discovering what her clients' needs are, and seeing the results of their commitment to health is her passion. As a CHP, she coaches clients through nutritional and lifestyle changes. As an Herbalist, she discusses how to incorporate herbs in order to support the body's specific needs.
