(1:32) Introducing today’s topic: The Holy Trinity of Macronutrients! Because there will never be a time that your body doesn’t need vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. That’s right folks, the needs of your body will NEVER change!

o   Carbs are derived from plant foods

o   Protein is derived from animal sources

o   Fats are derived from plant and animal foods
