My Trader Joe's Essentials

Trader Joe’s is another amazing grocery option for healthy foods. I don’t live near one, but whenever I’m in the vicinity I make sure to stop in. One of the things I love most about it is that you can select lots of whole, natural foods if you stick to what’s on your list. The affordable prices don’t hurt, either!
