 Hello my beautiful friend! Whether you are here to lose weight, increase energy, sleep more soundly, clear up skin, sharpen cognition, feel better in your body or just learn - once and for all - how to eat the way God intended- I am HERE TO HELP. I have a number of tools and programs available to guide you in the transformation you need to feel great so that you can show up for everything God has for you to do, to be and to experience.

 After working with 1:1 clients for 10 years, I’ve learned that most need to address the same foundations to improve health, reduce weight and feel good. Those foundations include nutrient density, blood sugar regulation, detoxification and digestion/gut health. I have put together all of the best science, Scripture and personal experience into my nutrition programs so that I can help more of God’s people transform health in spirit, mind, body. I would love for you to be a part of The Christian Health Club where work together throughout the year to be better stewards of our bodies as a holy temple. Feast 2 Fast®

This is my signature four-week, faith-based program that I put all clients through. It addresses everything you need to know to improve metabolism, optimize weight, boost energy and increase mental clarity. We put God first and learn to eat in way where Real Food meets Real Life (and sometimes real life means chips and margaritas with your girlfriends 😉) We want to think LESS about food and MORE about God and all of the blessings in our lives. You’ll find much grace, peace and enjoyment by this more relaxed way of eating than your typical “diet.”

We do Feast 2 Fast® in February (during the season of Lent) and September.

10x Stronger

This is my 30-day challenge dedicated to more muscle, more protein and more Jesus. We use strategies like protein distribution, minimum effective dose and train-to-fail sets to increase lean body mass and reduce fat mass. If you need a kick-in-the pants to eat well, move your body and build more muscle - this is the right program for you! It’s also an opportunity to seek a “meatier” relationship with the Lord. We lean into Him as our greatest source of strength and build spiritual mass as we build muscle mass.
We do 10x Stronger together in May and November.

The Genesis Prescription

This is an 8-week challenge that focuses on the 8 essential elements of good health as revealed in Genesis. Most people are chasing complicated solutions and spending thousands of dollars on experts, tests and supplements instead of implementing the foundational needs of the body. Your body will ALWAYS need sufficient water, sunshine, nature, plant foods, animal foods, calm breath, rest and movement. The Genesis Prescription is designed to immerse you in the essential elements of good health while immersing you in God’s Word. You commit to implementing one foundation, one week a at time. It is perfect for the person just starting their health journey or for the person who has allowed busy life to derail them from taking care of the basics.
We do The Genesis Prescription in June and July.

Self-Coaching Christians

This is a 4-week program dedicated to managing your mind and thoughts to more quickly accomplish your health goals. Learn how to use a tool called The Model to practically work through self-sabotaging actions that hold you back from your best health. This is the MIND part of spirit, mind, body!

Cellcore Foundational Protocol

This is a 4-Month Gut Health and Detoxification Protocol designed to address drainage, detoxification, mitochondrial health, gut terrain and immune function. We use Cellcore’s four-step Foundational Protocol specially formulated with carbon technology for a powerful systemic reset and overhaul. Most everyone can benefit from this kind of protocol (ever taken an antibiotic? been exposed to a toxin? eaten a poor diet? relied on over-the-counter or prescription medications? You are a great candidate for this!) This is a serious investment (of time, effort and finance) in your health. Do not come to this lightly.
